If you experience error on the computer where you use M3K for Colorwarehouse / ASAP, we may need to re-install the M3K tray-agent software properly.


In case you require re-installation due to:

  • Installed a new PC 
  • Installed a new version of Microsoft Windows
  • Any change in Software settings at the computer


Please note, that only an initial (one time) M3K installation comes within the CAP/reCAP or ASAP fee, but any additional installation is subject for further invoicing as this extra work is not being included in the general cost structure of natific products.
