natific is committed to securely transfer information from its customers to our applications and for this reason we are using the TLS 1.2 protocol to ensure that your data is safe in transit.
Your QcExpress installation will only be able to communicate with our applications if you have TLS 1.2 enabled and if you are using Windows 8 or Windows 10, you do not need to take any action.
Windows 7 was updated to receive support for this protocol, yet it is disabled by default and you need to perform certain steps to enable it.
- Ensure you have KB3140245 installed. This normally happens via Windows Update.
- Download this registry file which will add the necessary entries to your registry to enable TLS 1.2 support.
