You have already created or uploaded your Questions - perfect. Now you can create a Questionnaire by selecting a bunch of your questions.
1. Open the Compliance Portal
2. Open Q&A
3. Click on Find Questions
4. Select all the questions that you want to have in your Questionnaire

5. Add questions to a Questionnaire
6. Give your new Questionnaire a name
7. Click on Save the Questionnaire
8. Your Questionnaire is now stored under Questionnaires
