Well, this should not happen and we feel sorry that you can not use Bomler properly. Following are some reasons and adjustments you can make:


1. Firewall

Solution: Please add https://bomler.natific.com/login to your whitelist
Solution: Use a VPN server (VPN is not fully recommended from our side)
Hint: Please get in contact with your IT team



2. Slow Internet Connection



3. Remove your browser cache



4. Allow Cookies



4. Browser

Try to use another browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, or others)


Hint: You may need to adjust the settings



5. SSO

Make sure that you log in to all natific services via SSO. The Single-Sign-On solution allows you to log in to all natific services, including Bomler, to log in with the same e-mail and password. This requires a registration at the natific portal for your company. If your company already has an account at the natific portal, so please ask your admin to add your e-mail address.
